B1 Realtors Pvt Ltd (“B1 Realtors”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through b1realtors.in, why we collect it and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
1. What we collect
- Details you give us: name, mobile number, email address, the property category, location, budget, purpose and timeline you select, your preferred site-visit date and any message you write.
- How you found us: the page you first landed on, the referring website and campaign tags (for example “utm_source”) attached to the link you clicked.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, arrange consultations and site visits, and share the documents or information you request – based on the consent you give when submitting a form.
- To send buyer guides and property updates – only if you tick the optional marketing box. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
- To keep records of our discussions with you, meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse of our website.
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful so we can improve the website.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (website hosting, email delivery, customer-relationship management and analytics tools), under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it. If you proceed with a property purchase, relevant details may be shared with the seller, developer, lawyers or registration authorities as needed to complete the transaction, with your knowledge.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards (normally up to 3 years from our last contact) unless a longer period is required by law. Marketing data is deleted or suppressed when you withdraw consent.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. Write to sales@b1realtors.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with applicable law.

We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable service providers to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive documents through website forms.
